Margaret “Maggie” Griffin-Synowski has served as a successful banking executive for more than thirteen years in the Anne Arundel market. She is presently the owner of Griffin Marketing & Technology and is a District Manager for Arbonne International. 

Maggie is a graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel’s 2005 Flagship and the Inaugural Fellows 2010. In June, 2009 Maggie was awarded the Leadership Anne Arundel “Volunteer of the Year” Award for her dedicated work toward the organization’s growth in the community. Maggie is experienced in financial management, banking, event planning, teaching, Marketing, and successful fundraising for multiple non-profit organizations while proactively networking in the community.

Maggie’s current and past community roles include:
• Leadership Anne Arundel Board of Directors
• Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Hospice Hundred Co-Chair
• Hospice Hundred Fashion for a Cause Chair 2009/2010/2011
• St. Mary’s Right of Christian Initiation Volunteer Teacher

Maggie resides in Annapolis with her husband Dr. Stephen Synowski and their new son Griffin. Both Stephen and Maggie graciously volunteer their time in many capacities at several charitable organizations for the betterment of her community.
